Dr. Mahesh has completed his entire medical education and plastic surgery training from prestigious institutes of Mumbai. He then pursued the highly coveted fellowship at Instituto de Benito, Barcelona, Spain renowned for facial aesthetics, breast surgeries and body contouring. He was also selected for the prestigious DAFPRS aesthetic fellowship in Belgium, where he mastered advanced facial aesthetics, rhinoplasty and body contouring techniques. He was then awarded a fellowship at the University of Ghent, Belgium where he received further training in facial harmonisation surgeries and transgender healthcare. He has travelled to various centres of excellence in Europe and Dubai. He is the Joint National Secretary of the Indian Association of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeon (IAAPS). He has publications on rhinoplasty and transgender healthcare in various national and international journals and has contributed to chapters in textbooks. He is also a reviewer and an editorial board member for journals.

Dr. Bibilash has pursued his MCh from the prestigious JIPMER, Pondicherry. After a brief stint at the Klienert Institute, Kentucky, USA, he undertook the much-coveted DAFPRS Fellowship in Aesthetic Plastic Surgery from Belgium. He is a Member of Royal College of Surgeons Edinburgh UK and Fellow of American College of Surgeons and a member of International Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery. His further training in Rhinoplasty and hair transplantation was from Turkey and body procedures from the US. He has 34 publications in the field of Plastic and cosmetic surgery in renowned International and National Journals. He is also an Editorial board member of two Journals.
